What we collect

When you use our event form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected event, Reclub username and DUPR ID. We collect your payment screenshot, any transaction reference you provide, the expected entry fee, your temporary place hold and the organiser’s payment review status. We also record your promotion consent choice and when you submitted or updated it.

Why we collect it

Dink Pickleball Club uses these details to administer the event and contact you about your submission. If you choose to opt in, we may also send you Kitchen Tour event news and promotions by email and WhatsApp. This choice is optional and can be withdrawn.

Shop orders

For merchandise orders, we collect your name, email, phone number, selected packs and quantities, delivery or collection choice, delivery address and postal code when applicable, order reference, payment screenshot and transaction reference. We retain order and payment review details to process payment, manage stock and arrange fulfilment. Promotions are optional. PayNow transfers are made in your banking app and verified manually by the organiser; we do not access your bank account.

Who can see it

Contact records and payment screenshots are restricted to the authorised Kitchen Tour organiser account. They are not displayed publicly. We can export records to administer events and contact people who have opted in.

Reclub registration

Our form saves your contact details and PayNow payment screenshot. You make the transfer through your banking app; we do not access your bank account. The organiser checks the transfer before marking it verified. A place is temporarily held before payment instructions are shown. Submitted receipts keep an entry pending verification. You still need to complete the Reclub registration. You will continue to Reclub separately, where its own terms and privacy practices apply.

Updates, deletion and opting out

To correct your details, request deletion or withdraw promotion consent, contact Dink Pickleball Club through our Reclub club page. We keep details while they are needed for your event, merchandise order or the updates you requested, and review or remove them when they are no longer needed.
